I ordered an cannondale bike from them it was £100 cheaper than anywhere else, and the i called them to talk about the bike before i order and they were very helpful and made sure the bike was a good fit for me. When ordered they initially estimated 10-14 working days for the bike build, i called a week in as i was too excited and to get a rough eta and they were helpful and gave me an esitmate which was bang on.Build ended up being 12 days total from ordering including the bank holiday which was a lot faster.Once built i was called to see when i could recieve delivery and was in time still for them to dispatch on the friday and said DPD would delivery on the monday. Thankfully DPD delivered to me on the saturday luchtime which was great as i was able to go for a ride over the weekend.The bike was well packaged and was immaculate. The only thing i had to do was to attach the handle bars to the stem. The only thing i have found was i felt the brakes on the bike were not biting as much as i was expecting, i had to pull the brake handle almost all the way to get stopped. However, this could be because i have come from hydraulic disk brakes to cable disk breaks and its just how it is and i need to adjust my self or perhaps i just need to adjust the cable tension to get it to my liking.

I ordered a neon vest top which was too small so returned as a signed for parcel as requested costing £4 I asked for larger size, did not receive this or any emails just a refund £2.95 less than I paid originally so ended up costing me double original amount and no top. Appalling customer service

my wife purchased a pair of brooks ghost13,i found the shoes very disappointing ,when i tried to right a review on their web site it was rejected every time .which is probably why none of their shoes ever show reviews ,if they not interested with customer reviews why do they have an option to leave a review ,not a company i would use again

Second or third time I've ordered from Start Fitness, and I've never been anything but 100% satisfied with the entire process, from start to finish.Pricing was great, shipping costs are as you'd expect. Items are always shipped very quickly, and have received my items ahead of schedule every time! (and that's way up past Inverness... Y'know?, that bit of the mainland that people tend to charge made up fees for!) Will definitely be using them again, and again.Perfect.

Poorest website that I have been on for ages. Add to that, even worse customer service.DO NOT buy from these Guys.

Simply cannot fault them. Very good price, far lower than Irish prices even with tax and duty implications. A very positive experience, always polite and helpful, will certainly use again.Purchased Cannondale Supersix Evo.

Used to really love Start Fitness and have been using them for years to buy running gear. However, bought myself some winter running tights with money my Dad gave me for Xmas and they were faulty. Was advised by Finn Brodie to return them and they would assess the tights and either refund me or replace the tights. The tights were received by Start Fitness on 7th January and I have heard absolutely nothing from SF despite 2 emails requesting an update. So I am out of pocket and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Would not recommend and will not be buying from them again.

Ordered a pair of trainers. No confirmation email sent to me and I couldn't access my account. Called the help line very helpful and confirmed order and advised of all details.An email was sent by the time I'd come off the phone and store account was up and running.Hopefully the account system doesn't do this to anyone else. But calling was a quick fix.

Ordered on the Saturday and got them on the Sunday and this was free next day delivery! With a pandemic going on and having not received parcels from major companies (plus Christmas) I was utterly impressed! I was able to use a promo code and they were already cheaper than everywhere else! Will definitely be shopping here again. Brilliant company

Ordered a pair of running shoes and they arrived next day - under 24 hours and on a Sunday! Never heard of the company and a bit wary of any potential scam. But paid by Paypal and crossed fingers. Shoes are great, minimal packaging (unlike Amazon) and very happy with the quick service.

Pleasant experience with this company. Class customer service through the live chat. Very prompt with delivery. Compact and nicely assembled packaging on my bike I ordered and would definitely shop again ?
